School Ski Trips to Les Arcs
Why take your school ski trip to Les Arcs?
Les Arcs ski resort is situated in Savoie in France and is most famous for pioneering the “Ski Evolutif” teaching method. This involves beginners initially using short skis but progressing to longer skis as technique and confidence grows. To reflect this there are 24 nursery slopes, however there is much to test the expert skier in the resort.
With three original resort bases whose names simply refer to their altitude there’s skiing for everyone. ‘1600’ is relatively quiet and family focused, ‘1800’ is in essence the main resort and ‘2000’ is for advanced skiers and boarders. Les Arcs is a popular school ski trip choice for many party leaders because it is well suited to absolute beginners, it offers over 100 runs for every skill range and the resort itself offers plenty of entertainment and apres-ski.
