School ski trips to Aprica

Why take your school trip to Aprica?

Meaning sunny, Aprica is blessed with a fabulous snow record and a wonderful, sunny climate. Sitting at the foot of the Palabione Mountains, this resort is incredibly popular with school groups thanks to the recently extended ski area, the fact it offers something for all abilities and its superb snow record.

With more than 50km of downhill trails, descending from 2300 metres to the village itself, Aprica delivers a varied ski area suitable for all abilities. Beginners can access the wide, easy beginner slopes near the village, intermediates take the lifts to the mid station at Malga Palabione for the gentle runs down to the village and more skilful skiers head to the top of the mountain, plus of course a World Cup racing piste.

The village itself has a lively, typically Italian atmosphere, stretching along the valley floor, with all our accommodation within easy walking distance of the slopes. Each of our hotels guarantee a warm welcome, excellent food, en-suite rooms and good facilities.

Finally, when it comes to Apres Ski, schools can choose from ice skating, tobogganing, ice climbing wall, snow shoe excursions, pizza night, swimming, bum boarding and end of trip disco.
